  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Packaging:

    • Please return items in their original packaging, if possible, to ensure they arrive in good condition. This helps us process your return more efficiently.

Refunds
